Well, I’ve been a busy health professional for over a decade and during that time, I never thought that life could get more chaotic however, I was very wrong. After deciding to embark on the most magical of journeys and grow my family, I REALLY learned what it meant to be busy.
My job has inspired me to identify truth, and provide guidance on many health care issues, but as a new father I started to also recognize the gaps and challenges in the eating habits of families. I noticed that people were skipping important meals and tended to grab unhealthy snacks on the go. Which means that important nutrition was missing from their diets leading to low energy and many of the symptoms we associate with stress.
This led to the development of B.A.R.E Creations, a line of delicious granola snack mixes that can be quickly prepared to make bites or snack bars with no baking. Or an easy granola by simply adding one ingredient and a short bake. By simply removing one step from a completed product, we enable families to customize their fresh bars, bites, or granola to suit one’s dietary needs. Whether it be a source of protein, low in sugar, amplified for taste, when you’re in the driver’s seat you can go any direction you prefer. We’ve just simply taken the hard work out of it by creating the mix with a balanced proportion of healthy ingredients and fortified with an added secret weapon in each product recipe.
